Lasagna with chicken and cheese sauce

Lasagna is prepared in the form of dishes from layers of dough, rearranged with stuffing from meat, vegetables, and cheese.

Ingredients for lasagna
For the preparation we need:
- 12 lasagna plates;
- 1 large chicken (1.5 kg);
- 3 tomatoes;
- 250 g of champignons;
- 2 carrots;
- 1 can of canned corn;
- 200 g of hard cheese;
- 200 ml of cream;
- 3 cloves garlic;
- 1 head of onions;
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste;
- 2 tablespoons flour;
- 30 g of butter;
- vegetable oil;
- salt to taste.
Preparation of lasagna
Chicken thoroughly rinse, place in a saucepan with salted water and boil until fully cooked. After that, remove the skin and meat to disassemble into small pieces, broth to drain.
Grate the carrots, cut onions into strips, garlic plates, and champignons – slices. Put the carrots with onions and garlic on a heated frying pan and fry in a small amount of vegetable oil. Add champignons and stirring, stir-fry for another 5 minutes.
Tomatoes peeled, add to the frying pan and mix.
Add the tomato paste and 1 cup of chicken broth, mix and bring to a boil, then pour in the flour, chicken and sweet corn.
While the filling is being prepared, we make the cheese sauce.
To make it, you need to save the flour in butter. After that, add 1 cup of chicken broth, stir and pour the cream, pour in the grated cheese and, stirring, warm the sauce until the cheese melts completely.
In the baking dish, pour the third part of the cheese sauce, put the three lasagna plates, overlapping them, lay a top layer of fillings (1/3), cover the filling with three more lasagna plates, on which to lay another third of the filling and so on, until all the layers are will be ready.
Prepared for baking lasagna from the top, pour the remaining cheese sauce and put the baked in the oven heated to 200 degrees for 45 minutes.
